Actually I saw that yellow thing too. When I try to administer ezmlm 
lists. The usernames come with that yellow background (and this is a 
fresh install). I thought it will be fixed on the next release. But now 
I wonder if some people dont see it yellow? and some see it yellow?
What is happening?

if you say you haven't modified anything.. .where's that yellow coming
from? :)
try removing qmailadmin's template directories, and rebuilding
qmailadmin.  It should replace them for you.
