I'm using ezmlm-idx, and qmailadmin could configure mailing lists correctly some versions or time earlier. Unfortunately I can't specify a time nor version since when it doesn't function anymore. My postmasters just complained and I updated qmailadmin from 1.0.29 to 1.2.1 without solving the problem.
In the output of configure, does it say "checking for ezmlm-idx... yes"?
Do you have an ezmlm-moderate program in your ezmlm binaries directory?
