Yaa I am getting this error too... I think its because
of firewall..
198.81.26.106 i think this is your client's NATed ip
and
198.81.26.12 this is client's actual ip...which are
not matching. I think this could be the reason..
One more thing.. this doesnt happens for all NATed
ips.
I think it could be firewall missconfiguration.
