no, because that would mean that someone could get ahold of a moderator's
email address and use it to abuse the list.


I believe how it works is that moderators (those subscribed to the dir/mod
list) can approve their own posts. I know that this is how it works with
only moderators can post, all others rejected.


The fact is this is not working as expected. Posts by a moderator are sent
to
all moderators for moderation.
