Is there any way to send an email for all users in a virtual domain without
using ezmlm or any other mailing list manager programs?
Take a look at the vpopbull program included with vpopmail.
It's a command-line tool, so a little more difficult than just sending an email to a special address, but it will accomplish your goal.
