That did work, but I'm not sure why the ipcheck would fail. It may have something to do with how the loopback addresses are setup on this machine.

It's odd that you'd have (null) for an IP address.
"File Error 6" should be replaced with a better message. It means that your IP address has changed since you logged in. Re-configure with --disable-ipauth, recompile and reinstall and it won't check for IP address changes.
