Will vmoduser -r [EMAIL PROTECTED] stop that user from emailing externally.
That should work for roaming users (pop before smtp). Just make sure their computers, on an internal network, aren't already listed for relaying in tcp.smtp.
To prevent them from using SMTP AUTH, add -s to the mix.
