How do you search for users? When I click the a, nothing happens and if

created the vpasswd file.

Ah. Here's the answer.

vpopmail maintains its vpasswd file in sorted order. If you add an address, it uses an insertion sort to put it in the correct place.

Since you started with an unsorted password file, that's causing your problems.

The solution is pretty easy. You might want to su to the vpopmail user before doing this to avoid any potential permissions problems.

sort vpasswd > vpasswd.tmp
cat vpasswd.tmp > vpasswd
rm vpasswd.tmp
~vpopmail/bin/vmkpasswd domain.com

(replace domain.com with the domain name)
