Tom, That was my first initial thought, and a bit of googling backed this up The mail server is running on linux with "default" mount options which does not include nosuid. Apache is configured to run projects with suid as vqadmin is working. If vqadmin wasn't working, I'd probably agree easier, but because it works, I'm not sure if that’s the right cause of the problem. Thanks for the input though.
