Yes. They will: SPAMCONTROL and chkuser are basically incompatible (have a look at the code; in particular of chkuser).
Hi, I'm working together with a spamcontrol user in order to integrate chkuser, and much likely we have (to be more exact, he has) solved the problem. As there are any new, I'll post the results in vpopmail mailing lists (and on my site).
