If you installed qmail with qmailrocks.org steps, use
tail -f tail -f /var/log/qmail/qmail-send/current tail -f tail -f /var/log/qmail/qmail-smtpd/current
Those logs have nothing to do with QmailAdmin.
The only log that would be useful is Apache's error_log.
