[qmailadmin] periods in dot-qmail files

Hello list,

To cut to the chase.  qmailadmin adds aliases like "first.lastname@" 
with .qmail-first.lastname.

Apparently, qmail ignores such files because the period could be used to 
insert some form of '../.../bash', etc.  Is there a patch so that 
qmailadmin creates .qmail-first:lastname instead?  I did not see 
anything about this in the configure script of version 1.2.9.
