Well, I was using vpopmail 5.4.14. until about 5 min ago when I found
that they appear to have pulled it from sourceforge. So I'm back to
vpopmail 5.4.13 and its all working right.

We need to figure out if the problem is in the qmailadmin code, or in
the vpopmail library code that it calls.
