First, this is not a qmailadmin problem...
Then this is a problem of the remote host ( mail50-ash.bigfish.com
<http://mail50-ash.bigfish.com/> ) .. it is simply not answering on port 25.
So if you are not admin of bigfish.com there is not much you can do ;)
