The default configuration is for the qmailadmin binary to be at
/cgi-bin/qmailadmin, not /cgi-bin/qmailadmin/qmailadmin.
So, you either need to rebuild with
--enable-cgipath=/cgi-bin/qmailadmin/qmailadmin or else move the binary
to the default location.
