greetings all :)

i'm using qmail admin with matt simerson's qmail toaster.

one of my customers uses autoresponders so people can e mail in to see who is available for work, etc. some of these are updated quite often, by people who aren't exactly the brightest bunch.

so within the robot there is a field for "send copy to".
occasionally this field will change itself to

/usr/local/bin/autorespond 10000 5
/usr/local/vpopmail/domains/example.com/ROBOTNAME/message
/usr/local/vpopmail/domain

all on one line.

when i asked matt about it he said:

"It appears to be a bug in qmailadmin. If it lists the autoresponder address in
the valias table before the "copy to" entry, it presents that way in the
interface. It should still work just fine, it just looks goofy.."

i can reproduce this easily.

set up autoresponder
make the "Send copy to:" field have an address on the same domain as the bot.
save bot.
go in, look at bot, don't change anything, just save it.
go in and look at it and you'll see it changed it.
if you then try to save it, you have to put the real address back in, or it gags on it with a

Invalid Owner Email Address
/usr/local/bin/autorespond 10000 5
/usr/local/vpopmail/domains/example.com/ROBOTNAME/message
/usr/local/vpopmail/domains<truncated here>

i'd love a way to fix this.

anyone? :)
