I can't speak to your script since I don't use it and don't know what it does, but the file being referenced there is a log file from daemontools. That might be your qmail logs, or some other service you configured when you built the system. In some cases those files might be located in /var/log/qmail, or it might be located within the service directory structure under /service/qmail-smtpd or some such.
