[qmailtoaster] URGENT BIG PROBLEM

Hi everyone, i would lile to add a domain to the qmail installation therefore i login to /admin-toaster/ then i go to vqadmin and add the domain, but the domain is not added to the database. when i click List all domais the page reloads but does not show any domains at all.   how can i fix that?   Cheers IS     PS how can i add a new domain with 1GB Quota on the comand line???
