Yes it is a fresh install although I have tried over and over with
the same result (definition if insanity).
Also the server is a new install with a complete load.
I used the following instruction from the website for the Centos
install.
http://www.qmailtoaster.com/info/EZ-QmailToaster-Install.txt
I also used ez install script by Jake Vickers (again from the site)
with the same result.
