You're looking to sign your messages so that people know that it's really coming from you, correct? That will be a plugin for Outlook. You may want to look at the PGP/GPG websites. I know they had a rough plugin for Outlook that would digitally sign your messages and did not cost anything unless you wanted them to verify against something like Verisign. Maybe someone else has some more info.
