i can send 5Mb with tcp.smtp like yours. what i know message size limitation only controled by databytes , php.ini and databytes variable in tcp.smtp file. be patient.. may be other members can help you.

FYI, I can able to send the 5 meg file ( .pdf file) as attachment through Squrrel mail. Only I cant able to sent through OutLook Express.

Hello.. how about the badloadertype ? and also i see there's BADLOADERTYPE and BADMIMETYPE variable in /etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp.. do you set those variable ?... i just guest "dont know exactly"
