It works well, even adding new extensions to php.ini.
For most you ppl running multihomed servers with f.example web, mail,
ftp services, i suggest you to try to hardning the server as much as
possible.

This should be fine. It is working just fine on my server. In addition
fc4 is using a much newer php than is used in CentOS. The
QmailToaster's php components are pretty safe with the upgrades.
