Hi Supriyo,

They are not absolutely necessary, but are recommended by spamassassin.
There is no reason why they should not install properly unless your
firewall is blocking them.

Try this: export LANG=C
            and
          service iptables stop

Try running the perl script again. If everything does not install,
qmailtoaster will still install.
