Im my file

I have add this rules:

192.168.2.20:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan"
192.168.2.21:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan"
192.168.2.22:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan"
192.168.2.24:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan"
192.168.4.7:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan"
:allow,BADMIMETYPE="",BADLOADERTYPE="M",CHKUSER_RCPTLIMIT="300",CHKUSER_WRONGRCPTLIMIT="3",QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/simscan"
It´s force my bad user to scan on simscan rules.
exemple:
192.168.2.20 not send and not receiv .pps .ppt .mp3 and more.

I've created the ssattach file and now outgoing messages start being
blocked.
However incoming messages, that are my bigger concern are not being blocked.
I'm searching Qmail files for some problem or perhaps something that I
forgot
doing, but I still couldn't find anything.
If anybody have any idea, I'll appreciate.
