Yes. I think it's ok because if I try to do this on an non-root account, I can see the outputted error:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]$ qmailctl cdb tcprules: fatal: unable to create /etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp.tmp: access denied chmod: changing permissions of `/etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp': Operation not permitt chmod: changing permissions of `/etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp.bak': Operation not per chmod: changing permissions of `/etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp.cdb': Operation not per Reloaded /etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp So when I do "qmailctl cdb" it make more than just reload tcp.smtp file.
