Like Dan mentioned on another thread, try throttling SPF back to "1"
(/var/qmail/control/spfbehavior) from "3". I wasn't sure if SPF checking
happens before or after simscan, but I *do* know that you won't see a log
entry anywhere when there's an SPF rejection. This is a real deficiency
(imho), not having SPF rejections logged. We should look into getting this
fixed (even if SPF isn't the cause of this problem).
