Erik (EE) can probably provide more info on this. He knows this stuff
in depth.
Basically VQAdmin needs a rather involved rewrite to work. Inter7 has
dropped support of it, and say they're going to come out with a
replacement "soon".
A couple people have mentioned rewriting the code to work with the new
stuff, but no one has been able to find the time to do it yet. We're all
waiting for some type of replacement, and once one (that is intuitive
and clean looking) comes out it will be included in the tree.
