Is it possible to modify the default message and subject that the
badmailfrom utility sends.
For example, when i add a user or domain in the badmailfrom file, and
that sender tries sending mails to my domain, they get a message such as
this:
The following message to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 553-'sorry, your envelope sender has been
denied (#5.7.1)'
Final-Recipient: rfc822;[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0 (permanent failure)
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 553-'sorry, your
envelope sender has been denied (#5.7.1)' (delivery attempts: 0)
Reporting-MTA: dns; ironport-out.pppoe.ca
and the subject is this:
Delivery Status Notification (Failure)
I have searched the list, I admit, I was a little lazy, I probably could
have done more searches. I find the default message a little boring, and
not to the point, if I add someone to the badmailfrom message, and
someone tries emailing me from that unwanted user, I think something a
little more rude and obvious should be in the subject line. So, my
question is, is it possible?
