Need more detail.
Which client software is being used to send?
What is client sender configured as?
Does sender have account defined on the server?
Check to be sure that the client configuration contains the full email
address ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) as the account name, not just the user name (user,
without @domain.com). That's bitten me a few times.
