I'd get rid of the DK* variables in tcp.smtp then and regenerate the cdb.
That's not your problem though.

I'm not sure on this. If you haven't set it up, that could be the cause.

Yeah, I know the "what's different?" feeling.

If you used vadddomain to create the domain, it should be listed along with
the others in /var/qmail/control/rcpthosts,
/var/qmail/control/virtualdomains and /var/qmail/users/assign. Double check
that it's there.
