[qmailtoaster] Spam Detection for all user?

I like the Spam Detection check box.
So I rebuilt the qmailadmin rpm.

But the check box is per user.
How can I make it global to all user ?
Is it as simple as copy .qmail in an already checked user to all user
directory?
