Hi,
The mail is only moved to the spam folder if you enabled "spam detection"
in the qmailadmin user page.
Guess the name is not really clear, since this does not enable or disable
the system wide spam detection, only the moving of the spam to the .Spam
folder.

folder? Some my users don't wanna use IMAP. but using POP3 they cann't
access that ".Spam"-folder.
