I've now rebooted the server. I also upgraded to the newest
spamassassin, courier-imap, and clamav packages at the same time.

I am not using bayes at the moment so I wonder why is it timeouting...
I am now in process moving Horde webmail to another server. Most of
the users reporting problems with webmail have been using Horde and
not Squirrelmail.
