Wikis are a great idea but they're far from perfect, and putting a link to every piece of information on the main page (and thus in the index) would make that almost unreadable IMHO as well. I know I'm guilty of creating something on there, and then thinking of where to tie it in later. Anyway, try the search feature. A search for "certificate" takes you straight to the above link. The info may be in there, and if so, may not be in a place where you would think to link. Or just ask on the list and I'm sure someone will send you a link until you get the hang of it.
