ok, I have been posting various questions to this list, and every so
often I get a response with a link to a page on the toaster wiki. Then
I feel like i have to remove my foot from my mouth for asking a dumb
question.

For example on one of my other questions, I was pointed to:

http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/Certificate

Now when I go to the main wiki page (http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com) - I
can not find any links to the page listed
(http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/Certificate) above.
There's lots of info in there, but it's not always linked directly to the main page (the index is built on-the-fly from that page). Like your Certificate page, on the bottom you can see a link called "What links here". That shows the pages that link to that particular one:

The following pages link to *Certificate <http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/Certificate>*:

   * SSL <http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/SSL>
   * Configuration <http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/Configuration>

So you can get there by the SSL page (not on the main page, so not in the index) or by the Configuration page (which is on the main page, and in the index). Wikis are a great idea but they're far from perfect, and putting a link to every piece of information on the main page (and thus in the index) would make that almost unreadable IMHO as well. I know I'm guilty of creating something on there, and then thinking of where to tie it in later. Anyway, try the search feature. A search for "certificate" takes you straight to the above link. The info may be in there, and if so, may not be in a place where you would think to link. Or just ask on the list and I'm sure someone will send you a link until you get the hang of it.
