It looks like a lot of things got deinstalled after running the upgrade.sh script. Is there anyway I can just install everything again without overwriting settings(currently toaster admin is not working, but webmail and qmailadmin are fine)? This is on a live server, so I do not want to guess that it'll work. I want to know it will work if you know what I mean.
