StartCom and CaCert can be used w/ Qmail, however be aware that they
will throw up alerts when people try to use Pop3-ssl/Imap-ssl/MSA+TLS
because this is not a trusted Cert Authority.
If you are using the cert for smtp+tls starttls form server to server,
it doesn't matter who signed the cert as they don't check.
