Hello, I'm configuring SSL for IMAP and POP3 in qmail Toaster on a fedora
core 6 machine. I bought an SSL cert and installed it in
/usr/share/courier/pop3.pem and /usr/share/courier/imap/pem and they have been
added to TLS_CERTFILE variable in both pop3-ssl/env/ and imap4-ssl/env/. To
check connectivity and that the SSL I have installed is ok I run the following
command: # openssl s_client -connect localhost:993 -state -debugBut instead of
returning the cert info regarding the Cert Authority from which I took the cert
it shows me a dummy cert with qmail Toaster data:....subject=/O=Qmail Toaster
Server/OU=Test Certificate/CN=localhostissuer=/O=Qmail Toaster Server/OU=For
testing purposes only/CN=www.qmailtoaster.com.... Does anybody knows why it is
showing me this Qmail cert and not the one I have installed? And where is this
dummy cert installed? Marcos
