I went through this last night. You need to watch and see why the compile
script is failing out during the compile and install script. In my case vpop
was not compiling due to the fact that the previous admin had postfix on hte
machine, and the postfix user was the same UID that vpop wanted. Deleted
that user and away the install went.

All the packages need to show up under the #rpm -qa | rep toaster
command....
