Thanks for the help on that. it now sends out from the server. I'm
now getting a soft reject however.

after lookin this up it seems that with that change in the tcp.smtp to
use this queue..... it wont send now through the queue. so what i
read was to change the permissions to give the attrib's of 4711 or
rwsr--r-- to the queue file. if i do that i'd assume i have to
restart qmail. but it doesn't seem to fix the problem. could it be
anything else? i noticed that it gives a "no such file or directory"
but doesn't tell me where.....
