What does it say in the error log?
tail /etc/httpd/logs/error_log

I did a 'yum update' this last weekend... I don't know that that play into
it.
It very well could have. Some of the QMT packages modify apache's config
file, and later updates can undo the changes. Do you have the 'yum update'
log?
I'd be very particular about 'yum update'ing a QMT install.
