And you also need to have fed 200 spam messages to it, AND fed it 200 ham messages as well. It needs to see both sides before it can work right.
You'll see if it has not gotten 200 messages in each yet - it will say something like (<200 messages) somewhere in the debug. You'll need to fix those errors first though - I'm suspecting that your spamassassin isn't even working if you have that many errors.
