Another great way is to create a mailing list add all your users to it
and send the email to it, I don't believe that there is a button in the
control panel to ship emails to all users.

I create a forward ( an alias ) I called mine "allusers"
and have it forward to every user
so it is not the allusers solution as known under postfix or sendMail...
But it works for me.( maybe this is not what you were talking about...)
