If you're interested I tried out one of the Nutsmail.com skins (Blue Hive) and had it working with minimal fuss. The qmailadmin plugin breaks the menu at the top, but it comes right back once you go to any other link within the interface. Has a nice composition editor as well. I think it was worth the $35.
