[qmailtoaster] Squirrelmail plugins missing?

Has anyone else noticed that the account administration plugin is missing from Squirrelmail? I have 2 servers this is evident on, 1 QMT-ISO machine and one manually installed machine, both running squirrelmail 1.4.9a-1.3.6. Can anyone else confirm or deny this?
