Is anyone else noticing a delay in Spamassassin when it's been restarted? 
I updated some rules and restarted the spam daemons and have noticed a 
10-30 second delay before the system will start processing messages again. 
During the downtime, the following error is generated on the sending 
system:

Has anyone else noticed this behavior?

I got the same error for a few minutes today while clamd was doing the
