Did you create this domain with vqadmin? I dont know why vqadmin is still installed with the toaster but I have never heard it was a useful tool. Just create the domain per commandline (t.i. /home/vpopmail/bin/vadddomain domain.name.com) and it should work. Never heard about problems when using the commandline.
