Thanks to Jake and PakOgah, i did it!

Here is what i did:

In /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf i changed the value of DocumentRoot and
Directory / accordingly to what written in squirrelmail.conf

I also left the include of squirrelmail.conf so to let works also the "old"
link.
