So to recompile qmailadmin-toaster with the option enabled its just:
rpmbuild --rebuild --with cnt40 --define 'spambox 1' qmailadmin-
toaster-*.src.rpm
rpm -Uvh newlyrebuiltpackage.rpm
Is that correct?
