Hi,
        As per the documment, i issused following commands

#rpm -qa |grep qmailadmin-toaster
#rpm -e qmailadmin-toaster-1.2.11-1.3.4
#rpmbuild --rebuild --with cnt40 --define 'spambox 1'
qmailadmin-toaster-*.src.rpm
#rpm -ivh /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/qmailadmin-toaster-1.2.11-1.3.4.i386.rpm
#qmailctl restart


Its working fine.
