i tried removing them, if spamhaus is not there, then sorbs, currently i am using the following list , can you please suggest me to get rid of this issue ?

Maybe try a less restrictive one. Look on the wiki for some more info and do the research on your blacklists. There's a LOT of them out there. zen.spamhaus.org blocks dynamic IP address, but spamhaus.org has other RBLs that do not and there are other RBLs out there as well.
